UFB2 by 2023 ?!!!

eMail dated – 6 April 2017 – We are bringing Fibre to more of the Upper Hutt region as part of the second stage of the Ultra-Fast Broadband (UFB2) rollout.
We estimate to have your area completed by the second half of 2023. The exact addresses that will receive the upgrade have not been announced yet, please check on our website regularly to see if you will be affected.

To date some of the residents have been given the following rollout estimates; “April 2016”, “September 2017”
Below is the current plan for our area, as of 25 June 2017.

I am tired of the dismal 1.2Mb service you are providing, any chance we can get this upgraded? The “Voice Over IP” is terrible when the internet is on full usage – and also takes up to a minute (or more) to dial out at times
